The beautician did not carry any disposable changing gown and anything to cover the bedsheet. Moreover, she left the trash as it is. There were wax all over the floor which she did not bother to clean also. Left the room in a mess. Meenakshi, the beautician, completed the bleach and facial both in just about 35-40 mins and when i asked why she told we do this much only in the packaged facials...only in the 'big' facials we do more massage. Just not worth the money we pay!
